Management Responsibility for managing the day to day project and administrative affairs of Affordable Crestaco Properties; lie with the Secretariat.
The Chief Executive Officer provides overall national leadership to the Trust. Management style is via two decentralization models:

Chief Executive Officer Sikumbuzo Ncube
Mr.Ncube S is currently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer. He holds several certificates in Salesmanship, Customer Care, Marketing Skills from Keswick College in South Africa and other certificates in Marketing, Public Relations, Selling and Sales Management from (LCCI) London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Before registering the Trust Mr. Ncube worked for different organizations, companies and institutions which include Professional Wholesalers, Lever Brothers, DDK Business Consultancy and First Chef as a Salesman, Inter-Finance as the Marketing Manager, IGI Life as a Financial Advisor. He worked for National Housing Delivery Trust as Business
Development Officer in the Marketing Department and rose through the ranks before joining Zimbabwe Housing Development Trust. In Z.H.D.T he served as Branch Manager,
Provincial Manager, Regional Manager, National Marketing & Business Development Manager, National Projects Manager, National Marketing & Projects Manager, before registering ZIMBABWE HOME DEVELOPERS TRUST t/a AFFORDABLE CRESTACO PROPERTIES.
He is a Christian and married to Alleta Damu Ncube and has 3 children
